Why people switch
One login for every app
Sign in once and move between your booking page, your invoices and your QR codes. One account, one bill, one place to change your details.
Flat prices, not per person
Every app on Basic is £100 a year. Every app on Super is £20 a month. Your team doesn't change the price.
Nothing taken on your own Stripe
Connect your own Stripe to Bookin, Entry, Payup or OneSite and we add nothing to the card fee. Bookin and Entry take your own SumUp too.
Yours if you stop paying
Printed QR8 codes keep working, and your events and invoices aren't deleted. You go back to the free limits.
A small UK company
Super Basic Limited, two founders in Lincoln. Not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
What each app replaces
The tool people most often compare each app with, and its cheapest paid plan. Every Super Basic app is £20 a year on Basic, or all eight for £100.
Each app's name links to its own comparison, and each rival to its own page, with every source. Bitly and Sniply price in US dollars.
Every comparison
One page for each tool our apps are compared with: prices side by side, where we differ and how to move across.
Compared with the big all-in-one tools
A Square alternative for more than payments
Square's free plan covers appointments, an online store and invoices for £0 a month. It earns from card fees: 1.75% in person, 1.4% + 25p online and 2.5% on invoices.
When Square suits better: You take most of your money in person on a Square reader, and want your till, bookings and invoices in one place.
A Zoho One alternative for a business of one or a few
Zoho One is US$37 a person a month in its first year, with a licence for every employee, or US$90 a person a month on flexible pricing. It's billed yearly, before VAT, and includes CRM and accounting.
When Zoho One suits better: You need a CRM, accounting, HR and help desk software from one company, and you have the team to set it up.
A Squarespace alternative for the jobs around your website
Squarespace Core is £17 a month billed yearly, or £24 monthly. It's a full website builder with free invoicing, and bookings through Acuity Scheduling, a separate product.
When Squarespace suits better: Your website is the business, with a blog, members or a large shop. Squarespace is built for that.

Questions
