1. What this page is

This page lists the third parties that process personal information on behalf of Super Basic so that the platform and its apps can operate. It is referred to in clauses 10.2 and 12.2 of the Privacy Notice.

Super Basic normally acts as a processor on a Customer's documented instructions. Where a provider below acts as an independent controller for its own regulated activity, such as a payment provider carrying out identity checks or fraud prevention, that provider's own notice governs that activity.

2. Changes to this list

Providers can change as the platform develops. We will update this page when a provider is added, replaced or removed, and give contractual notice where the Data Processing Agreement requires it.

3. International transfers

Where a provider or its support team processes personal information outside the United Kingdom, we use a lawful transfer mechanism as described in clause 12 of the Privacy Notice. You can ask for further information about the safeguards relevant to a particular transfer by contacting hello@thesuperbasic.com.

4. Questions

Contact hello@thesuperbasic.com with any question about this list, including a request for further detail about a specific provider or transfer.

This page is referred to in the Super Basic Privacy Notice. See also our Terms of Service.
